Pathways to Success provides educational and career planning resources empowering students to shape their future!

The ARIZONA@WORK Santa Cruz County Youth Program provides education and training directly related to employment!

Pathways to Success Out of School Youth Program Ages 16 – 24 

The ARIZONA@WORK Santa Cruz County Out of School Youth Program is helping those who are ages 16 to 24 and out-of-school, return to education and/or find gainful employment.Individuals enrolled will work with a career advisor to compose an employment plan to develop the job skills necessary for a successful career.

The Arizona @ Work Santa Cruz County Youth Program connects youth with employment and career development opportunities.

The Youth Program is an important avenue to career development through employment. These jobs help the youth in our community to develop a sense of responsibility and provide them with a valuable work experience.

The SCC WIOA Youth also participates in community involvement and educational activities, learning basic life skills and partnering with community organizations throughout Santa Cruz County.
